I work with people who want to feel stronger and more confident in how they move without feeling rushed, judged, or overwhelmed by fitness. My goal is to help you build strength in ways that feel manageable, sustainable, and genuinely useful in everyday life.

  • Before working independently, I was a co-owner and partner at Strength System, where I spent several years coaching a wide range of clients. That experience shaped how I coach today.

    I learned the importance of truly individualised training - designing programs around what you want to get out of it, and adapting as we go to ensure the process actually fits your life. People come to training for all sorts of reasons, from hitting specific milestones to simply wanting to move through their day with more ease. Whatever your goal happens to be, my focus is on building steady momentum so you can reach it while building confidence and habits that last.

  • Along the way, I developed a strong interest in working with older adults. Strength training for seniors can make a meaningful difference to confidence, independence, and quality of life - but it needs to be approached thoughtfully.

    Many older adults carry fear, uncertainty, or past negative experiences around exercise. My goal is to help you feel safe, capable, and encouraged as you move. Whether you are entirely new to training or returning after a long break, the focus is always on building confidence alongside strength, at a pace that feels exactly right for you.

  • I care about seeing you make real progress, and I focus on helping you achieve it through consistency, intention, and a rhythm you can actually maintain. I love seeing people realise what they’re capable of - often much more than they expected.
